PRODUCTION OF NON-SCATTERING HOLLOW PLASTIC BALLOON

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a non-scattering hollow plastic balloon simultaneously with the foaming of a non-foamed plastic balloon and extremely reduce the use amt. of a plasticizer as compared with a conventional method wetting a hollow plastic balloon with a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a non-foamed plastic balloon and a wetting agent (plasticizer) is held to the foaming start temp. of the non-foamed plastic temp. or lower and the mixture is sprayed or applied on a surface heated to the foaming start temp. of the non-foamed plastic balloon or higher to foam the non-foamed plastic balloon to obtain a non-scattering hollow plastic balloon.
