PURPOSE:To decrease a change of internal pressure in an air bag due to changing an inflater gas temperature by fusing a prescribed part by a prescribed temperature and pressure of inflater gas to form a hole, in a ventilation degree of a high ventilation degree part in an inflater side cloth. CONSTITUTION:An occupant side cloth 2 is constituted of a coating cloth without ventilation coated with a rubber and silicone resin, and all the inflater side cloth 1 is constituted of a mock leno woven cloth consisting of heat fusing organic fiber of nylon, polyester, etc. In this mock leno weave, the fellow warps and fellow wefts are collected each other, to form a bundle shape respectively, and when an empty feather is placed between groups of a certain number of warps formed into a bundle, a clearance more clearly appears. That is, the inflater side cloth 1 formed by the mock leno weave is provided with a ventilation degree partly having high/low parts, to form the clearance in a high ventilation degree part, and further a ventilation degree of this high ventilation degree part is fused by a prescribed temperature and pressure by gas of an inflater mounted on an opening part 3, to form a hole.
