<p>PURPOSE:To enhance dehumidifying capacity by effectively dehumidifying the interior of a housing such as a storage housing, certainly protect the content in the housing from the deterioration or damage caused by heat and ensure the safety. CONSTITUTION:The air passage opened to both of the inside and outside of a casing 3 having a suction port 1 and an exhaust port 2 is formed in the casing 3 and a fan 7, a heater 8 and an air permeable moisture absorbing material 9 are arranged to the air passage and passage changeover means changing over the air passage to the inside and outside of the casing are provided to the suction port 1 and exhaust port 2 of the casing. A temp. detection element 11 detecting the exhaust temp. at the time of radiation after the regeneration of the air permeable moisture absorbing material 9 is arranged to the exhaust port 2 and the optimum radiation time T0 and safe exhaust temp. K are set and the exhaust temp. K0 detected at the optimum radiation time T0 after the start of radiation by the temp. detection element 11 is compared with the safe exhaust temp. K and, at the time of K0>>, the completion of radiation is indicated and, at the time of K0>K, the continuation of radiation is indicated until the exhaust temp. K0 reaches the safe exhaust temp.
