METHOD FOR TREATING SMOKE AND SOOT IN WASTE-INCINERATING TREATMENT, RESIN CONCRETE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To safely and harmlessly treat smoke and soot in incineration and/or smoke and soot in melting incineration ash of waste by separating a solid component from smoke and soot and mixing the solid component with hardening resin and thereafter casting and hardening the mixture to form resin concrete. CONSTITUTION:A solid component obtained from smoke and soot is stored in a storage tank 4 of collected ashes. The solid component is mixed with a filler at the prescribed rate and kneaded by a first kneader 10. Furthermore the mixture is weighed at the prescribed weight and thereafter sent to a third kneader 11. On one side, a cuDELTArable resin is stored in a storage tank 12. A base agent and a curing agent are mixed at the prescribed rate and kneaded by a second kneader 13. Thereafter the curable resin weighed at the prescribed weight is sent. The solid component obtained from smoke and soot and the curable resin are kneaded by a third kneader 11. The obtained mixture is sent to a molding machine 14 and formed into a desired shape by the molding machine 14 and cured. Resin concrete is obtained from a takeout port (K).
