The tire has its body divided into compartments by a separating barrier and a series of septa between the barrier and the tire's inner surface. The barrier contains an auxiliary tube and has apertures in its wall communicating with the compartments between the septa. The barrier and auxiliary tube are fed with air through a double valve. The septa between the barrier and the inner surface of the tire spaces at equal intervals, and forms multiple independent compartments. The auxiliary tube is made from a thin, tough and elastic material, allowing it to expand inside the separating barrier and to prevent communication between the compartments through the apertures. The tire has greater safety in event of traffic accident by minimising pressure loss.
