PURPOSE: To provide the method for effectively utilizing carrot leaves, which are made into waste resources at present, as useful resources so that chemical components contained in these leaves can be contributed to diet improvement and nation's health improvement and can be remarkably contributed to effective waste resource utilization and farmer's income increase. CONSTITUTION: One kind of crushed objects at least selected out of a group composed of rice, barley, beans, millet, kaoliang and wheat are added to objects provided by mixing and crushing heat treated carrot leaves and water and stirred to prepare the pasting liquid. The pasting liquid is gelatinized, molded and dried. |
