DIE FOR MANUFACTURING SHEETLIKE MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE OF THE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a die which can clearly obtain a thermal expansion amount of a heating bolt to an adjacent bolt without influence of fluctuations and a creep at individual heating bolts due to a screw even if melting extrusion is executed for a long time and to easily maintain a lateral extrusion thickness of a sheetlike material constant. CONSTITUTION:A die for manufacturing a sheetlike material to continuously extrude synthetic resin from a slit gap between a pair of opposed lip blocks 23 and 24 has a plurality of heating bolts arranged longitudinally of the gap at the one block 23, and heating means 16 connected to a controller 17 which inputs a temperature program for eliminating a thickness unevenness of the material 21. On the other hand, a plurality of manual regulating bolts are provided longitudinally of the gap 22 at the other block 24.
