<p>PURPOSE:To release undersirable attachment of holes to each other by providing a separating and returning process which separates holes in paper sheets and returns them to a roughtly original positioning relationship in forming holes in overlapped lengthwise paper at prescribed intervals, cutting the paper with holes at prescribed intervals, and stacking a prescribed number of paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:Overlapped lengthwise paper sheets 1..., which have been subject to an overlapping process 2 for overlapping lengthwise paper sheets 1 fed from a fixed number of original rolls, are perforated successively at prescribed intervals at a perforating process 3. After perforating, the lengthwise paper sheets 1 are transferred to a separating and returning process 71. Here, all or part of the transferring routes of the respective lengthwise paper sheets 1... are made different from each other in a direction orthogonal to the paper conveyance direction by the action of a separating member 7, thereby the holes of the adjacent paper sheets 11 being separated from each other. After passing through the separating member 7, the holes are returned to the roughly original positioning relationship. The lengthwise paper sheets 1... are then cut at prescribed intervals in a cutting process 4, and a prescribed number of paper sheets 10 of prescribed size are stacked together.</p> |
