<p>PURPOSE:To simplify processing conditions and steps by bringing resin with a coating film into contact with alcohol treatment solution or vapor of high temperature and high pressure in an extruder having a pressure regulating mechanism, decomposing the film under contains of predetermined temperature and pressure to finely disperse it in solution resin as regenerated resin, and recovering the solution from waste gas to be exhausted out of the extruder. CONSTITUTION:When resin with coating film pulverized in a cylinder 41 of an extruder 4 is supplied and fed to a melting zone 422, the resin is heated to be melted by a kneading element, plasticized, and fed to a contact zone 424. High pressure treatment solution or vapor is supplied from an inlet 45, brought into contact with the resin, and heated. The film is hydrolyzed by the contact to be finely pulverized. The film is then conveyed to a degassing zone 425, degassed, pressurized to be compressed at a pressurizing zone 426, and extruded via a nozzle hole. The thus finely pulverized film is uniformly dispersed in the melted resin while passing the degassing and pressurizing zones, and discharged as regenerated resin from a discharge port 44.</p> |
