PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement of the quality of an FRP tubular member and the stabilization of the production thereof by stabilizing the guide eye of a reinforcing fiber bundle before or during the impregnation with a resin. CONSTITUTION:First guide rolls 7a, 7b guiding reinforcing fiber bundles 4 to a resin impregnation bath 9 are inclined in mutually opposite directions and second guide rolls 11a, 11b guiding the reinforcing fiber bundles 4 through the bath 9 are arranged so as to form a turncated chevron within the plane parallel to the sending direction of the reinforcing fiber bundles.
