Each of upper (10) and lower (20) hemispherical members has a number of angularly equi-spaces holes (11,21) formed on them, and a tubular post (12,22) extending from a pole (110) towards an equator circle. The posts are hollow and snugly receive a magnet bar (50) within them. A number of massage elements are slidably received within recessed areas (340) by having a retaining tab (61) connected to an inner surface connected to each element by a leg (63) slidably received in a spacing. The retaining tab (61) of each element is located within the spacing between section members (30,40) and the spherical body. The elements each have round-headed projections (69) formed on its outer surface which massage the muscles of the hands.
