CONSTITUTION:An annular recessed part 35 is formed in the upper end of a sleeve 22, and narrow holes 22a and 21C and narrow holes 22b and 21d which pierce the sleeve 22 and a housing 21 respectively and are connected to the outside are formed in this annular recessed part 35. The fluid overflowing from the sleeve 22 gradually flows to the outside through narrow holes 22a and 21c and narrow holes 22b and 21d after being temporarily stored in the annular recessed part 35, and it doesn't contaminate motor substrate 33 or the like. |
