PURPOSE:To provide a flow rate measuring instrument which realizes an automatic meter reading system with high reliability, and in addition, can be assembled even by a person unfamiliar with the handling of high frequency signal. CONSTITUTION:A storage means 3 to measure and store electronically measured data at a flow meter 2, a receiving means 7 to receive a request signal to request the transmission of the measured data from the storage means 3 or an answer signal for the measured data, and a received level control means 44 to control a received level by outputting one of plural pieces of output signals determine beforehand to a received level adjusting means 33 in accordance with the received level from a received level detecting means 43 are provided, and the receiving means 7 is constituted of an oscillating means 32 to oscillate at frequency close to carrier signal frequency to be received, a demodulating means 41, and a frequency correcting means 42 to detect difference between the carrier signal frequency to be received and signal frequency from the oscillating means 32, and control the oscillation frequency of the oscillating means 32 to a direction to eliminate the difference of the frequency. |
