PURPOSE:To show a collision phenomenon in a transient response by turning the collision phenomenon into a model and calculating the displacement and the stress analysis in a time base on a spring constant acquired from the Hertz's contact logical formula. CONSTITUTION:The data on the collision contact state are inputted from a display 1, and a shape data base stored in a contact state model data base storing part 4 is retrieved for a collision part. The physical quantity necessary for calculating a nonlinear spring constant is inputted from the display 1, and this spring constant is calculated by a collision part model generation program 5 and based on the Hertz's contact logical formula. Then a collision part model is produced and outputted to a collision model file 6. Meanwhile an analysis model storing program 7 is carried out and this executing result is outputted to an analysis model file 8. Then an analysis program 9 is carried out and this executing result is inputted to an analysis result output file 10. The analysis result is shown on the display 1 by a display program 11. |
