PURPOSE:To accurately mount QFP after expanding the allowable width of lead bending in a QFP mounting machine. CONSTITUTION:The images of all leads 10 of QFP 9 retained by a nozzle 1 are picked up by a CCD camera 2 and the positions of the leads are measured by an inspection circuit 3 to inspect lead bending. For the leads whose positions are judged to be out of an allowable range, the QFP rotary compensation angle is obtained from the lead position by a rotary angle calculation circuit 4, rotary compensation is performed according to the obtained rotary angle, and then the distance to each pad is calculated for all leads, the average value of the maximum and minimum values is obtained in both X and Y directions and a QFP is mounted to a board. |
