PURPOSE:To provide a graphic deforming device which can deform an optional line drawing with only a small quantity of information on the deformation and also can easily produce this information in an image processing mode. CONSTITUTION:A user decides an optional square frame ABCD which encloses a straight line including points P1 and P2 forming a line drawing graphic. Then, the user designates an optional point O in the square frame and then instructs to deform the line drawing graphic in order to shift the point O to a point O'. Consequently, the distance set between the point O' and a point W1' toward an axis (x) is calculated under the limiting conditions where the ratio decided when a segment O'-VR' is divided by the (x) coordinate value of the point P1' to be calculated after deformation of the graphic, is equal to the ratio decided when a segment O-VR is divided by the (x) coordinate value of the point P1 to be calculated before deformation of the graphic. The calculated distance value is added to the (x) coordinate value of the point O' so that the (x) coordinate value of the point P1' is calculated. The (y) coordinates of the point P1' is also acquired by the same proportional calculation. It is the same as at other points which form a line drawing graphic. |
