The stopper (2) comprises a hose nipple (3) and a valve plug (4) connectable to the nipple. The free nipple end has a first coupling part (11) with a base, coaxial to the inner cross-section of the nipple, surrounded by a first sealing face (22). The first coupling part has threaded faces (21) in axial alignment with the bore. At the valve plug end, facing the nipple, is located a second coupling part (10) with sealing face (13), both complementary to their first counterparts. The second coupling part has also complementary threaded faces (14).
