A device for reducing noise pollution that can easily be fitted to a microcomputer including, inter alia, a disk motor (2) with a power cable having connectable plug and socket portions, and a fan motor (6) with a power cable having connectable plug and socket portions. Said device includes a first unit (31) inserted between the plug and the socket of the disk motor power cable to receive an operation request signal and supply power to the disk motor for as long as the request signal is present and for a predetermined time thereafter, as well as a second unit (32) inserted between the plug and the socket of the fan motor power cable to receive a temperature signal and supply power to the fan motor only when the temperature is too high. |
