A flexible sealing diaphragm (1) with at least one aperture slit (8) for sealing containers filled with fluid products, in which the aperture slit (8) opens on the application of pressure and seals when the pressure is released, is to provide, independently of the filling level of the container, the smooth dispensing of the product and also the metered, especially dropwise dispensing of the product. This is achieved by at least one hole (7) in the region of the sealing diaphragm (1) through which free flow of product is possible.
