PURPOSE: To provide a new precise accelerometer in a very simple structure, in which no undesired torque or moment of force entirely occurs. CONSTITUTION: A bolt 11 is passed through holes formed in a center column 2, a piezoelectric plate 3, a mass 4 so that the bolt 11 can not mechanically and electrically be put in contact with the center column 2 to mount the piezoelectric plate 3 and the mass 4 pairing each other to the center column 2. The bolt 11 can be matched into the holes while being assisted in matching into the holes and kept in no contact with the center column 2. The bolt 11 is provided through the hole at a right angle for multi-axial measurement and the mounting angle of an accelerometer mainbody is changed for all-directional measurement. |
