PURPOSE:To form a uniform film by feeding liquid to be tested and reference liquid through communication holes formed in a bank member and communicated with an electrode for measuring the liquid to be tested, and a reference electrode, and by forming chemically sensing films on the outer surfaces of both electrodes with the use of dripping of a material solution through the communication holes. CONSTITUTION:A set of continuous elongated holes 6a to 6d respectively corresponding to windows 4a, 4b for a sensor plate body 1, rectangular holes 7a, 7b corresponding to the remaining windows 4a, 4b are formed in a bank member 5 made of polyester film or the like. External electrode exposing holes 8a are formed, corresponding to external electrodes of measuring electrodes 2b on the body 1, and external electrodes exposing holes 8b are formed corresponding to external electrodes of the reference electrode 2b. The bank member 5 is jointed to the body 1 by means of a double surface adhesive tape which is cut out so that the holes in the bank member 5 can be communicated with one another, further, a resin solution containing four kinds of ion sensitive materials is dripped into the elongated holes 6a to 6d, and is then dried so as to form ion sensitive electrodes. Thereby it is possible to form a uniform chemically reacting film. |
