PURPOSE:To prevent overflowing of liquid by covering an inlet part for liquid to be tested, and a reference liquid inlet part, excepting charge holes, by providing a partition wall on the outer upper surfaces of both parts between them, and by providing continuous overflow preventing walls respectively around both parts. CONSTITUTION:The upper parts of a reference liquid inlet part 12b and a inlet part 13b for liquid to be tested in an upper cell 11 are integrally coupled together so as to form a laterally long box-like shape. The lower surfaces thereof are opened, and a partition wall 14 is extended vertically and horizontally so as to divide the inside thereof. Inlet holes 12b-1, 13b-1 are formed in the upper surfaces thereof, and projected walls 12b-3, 13b-3 are formed on the opposite sides so as to prevent charged liquid from being diffused. Accordingly, the inlet parts 12b, 13b are covered, excepting the inlet holes 12b-1, 13b-1, and accordingly, overflowing of the liquid can be prevented. Further, an overflowing preventing wall 11d may be provided between the inlet parts 12b, 13b, and an overflowing wall 11d may be provided therearound, continuous with the former partition wall. With this arrangement, it is restrain the liquid from leaking outside. |
