PURPOSE:To promote visual recognizability in the night time or in the case of rain in a technique for fixing a brilliant material on the surface of an asphalt composite material. CONSTITUTION:A holding body 5 having 1-5mm of particle size is formed of polycarbonate resin mixed with a hiding agent 2, and glass beads 7 having smaller size than that of the holding body are fixed on the surface thereof to form a brilliant material 4. Resin composition containing the hiding agent 2 is applied to the asphalt composite material 1 to form a synthetic resin layer 9, and the brilliant material is scattered on the surface of the synthetic resin layer 9 in an adhesive state. A synthetic resin coating 3 fixing the brilliant material 4 of the composition mentioned above on the surface thereof in a projected state is formed on the asphalt composite material 1 by solidification of the synthetic resin layer 9, the black color of the asphalt composite material is completely hidden, and light-scattering efficiency and return refletivity of the glass beads are revealed. Specially, the brilliant material 4 is projected from rain water flowing on the paving surface, so that good legibility in the night time or in the case of rain can be ensured. |
