<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for measuring data delay time by minimizing the period except for the period of measuring the delay time. CONSTITUTION:In measuring a delay time, a signal pattern for measurement is inserted from a controller part 100 for conducting a series of control and transmitted to a transmission path through an insertion part, and simultaneously a measurement start signal is input to a measuring means 200 to start delay time measurement. When a detection means 300 detects the signal pattern for measurement from the separated signal of the separation part 12 it sends the detection signal to the measuring means 200 and the measuring means 200 stops the time measurement at this detection signal and send the measured results to the controller part 100. If the measured time exceeds a specific value, an abnormality detection means 400 detects the abnormality in the measured value, resets the measured value of the measuring means 200 and sends the abnormality detection signal to the controller part 100 in this constitution.</p> |
