PURPOSE:To perform the stamping molding of a skeleton layer, the injection compression molding of a skin layer and the gate cutting of the skin layer by the same mold apparatus at the time of the molding of a composite resin molded product having the skeleton layer and the skin layer. CONSTITUTION:A slide gate member consisting of upper and lower slide blocks 6, 7 is arranged to the side part of the mold closing part of upper and lower molds 1, 2 and a film gate 5 is formed between both of them. The upper slide block 6 is slid by a hydraulic cylinder 8 and the lower slide block 7 is pressed to the upper slide block 6 by a spring 9. Both blocks 6, 7 are present at a position (A) at the time of the stamping molding of a skeleton layer and the film gate 5 is generated between the upper and lower slide blocks 6, 7 at the time of the injection compression molding of a skin layer and, after injection compression molding, the upper and lower slide blocks 6, 7 are slid downwardly by the cylinder 8 to perform the gate cutting of the skin layer. |
