PURPOSE:To well blow in steam when a skinned foamed panel member is produced. CONSTITUTION:When it is impossible to insert a steam pin 10 in a flat panel member in parallel to the flat surface thereof when a skinned foamed panel member is produced, it becomes difficult to blow in steam. Then, the diameter of the steam pin 10 is made larger than the size of foamed beads and the steam pin 10 is erected so as to cross the flat surface at a right angle at the almost central part thefreof and the opening end thereof is set in the vicinity of a hollow outer skin 1. When high pressure steam is once blown in, foamed beads 2 well extend throughout the hollow outer skin. |
