Imidazopyridines as angiotensin II antagonists

摘要

Novel imidazopyridine derivatives of formula I <IMAGE> I wherein <IMAGE> and R1, R2, R3, R4, X and Y are as defined herein, and their salts, exhibit antagonistic properties toward angiotensin II and can be used for the treatment of hypertension, aldosteronism, cardiac insufficiency and increased intraocular pressure, and of disorders of the central nervous system.
