PURPOSE:To perform the continuous vulcanization of a fiber reinforced hose by avoiding foaming generated between layers by heating at the time of vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:A heating device 7 such as a high frequency heating device is arranged immediately before an outer surface rubber extruder 3 extruding an outer surface rubber layer 4 to the outer peripheral surface of a hose main body 8 wherein a fiber reinforced layer 2 is braided on an inner surface rubber layer 1 to preheat the hose main body 8 to about 100V. By this constitution, the volatile component such as an oil component, air or moisture contained in the inner rubber layer 1 or the fiber reinforced layer 2 is preliminarily removed.
