PRODUCTION OF ENZYME PROTEIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an enzyme protein having high specific activity by heating Escherichia coli under specific conditions and preparing a cell-free extracted liquid from Escherichia coli and synthesizing an enzyme protein from the extracted liquid. CONSTITUTION:Escherichia coli is heated at 40-45 deg.C for 20min to 1 hr and then, a cell-free extract is prepared from the Escherichia coli to increase a chaperone protein content. Holding stage is also favorably advanced and an enzyme protein having high specific activity can be synthesized by synthesizing the enzyme protein from this extracted liquid.
