PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a corrugated board base material of light weight and high rigidity which can be manufactured easily and allowed to subject to a deep draw forming. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method for a corrugated board base material 1 with liners 3a and 3b disposed at least on one way face of a core 2 to be formed into the wavy shape, a foam raw material 16 is interposed between the core 2 and liners 3a and 3b in the preliminary process for bonding the core with the liners, and then the foam raw material 16 is heat foamed to fill, and form a foamed body between the liners 3a and 3b and the core 2. |
