PURPOSE:To fastly and precisely identify a chemical/physical value. CONSTITUTION:An exhibited simulation (i) having a chemical/physical value to be identified is identified depending upon a sensing part S(i, 1) which delivers a significant lowest level Od which can be identified for the exhibited stimulation (i), among a plurality of sensing parts receiving exhibited stimulations. If this is not sufficient for identification, the simulation (i) is identified in accordance with a time period t(i, 1, 1@2) elapsing from the time when the sensing part S(i, 1) delivers the output level Od, to the time when it delivers an output level 2XOd, and a time difference t(i, 1, 2) between the time when the sensing part S(i, 1) delivers the output level Od and the time when another sensor S(i, 2) secondarily deliver the output level Od. Further, the intensity of the stimulation (i) is computed from the time data (i, 1, 1@2) which exhibits a rise-up response speed of a sensor part Si at the initial response stage. |
