PURPOSE:To produce a bellows product by a method wherein either one of a core mold having a specific shape and an outer mold is rotated while a molten resin is injected into the cavity partially formed in a circumferential direction by the core mold and the outer mold from the core mold or the outer mold and the molten resin injected into the moving cavity is continued in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 4 is partially formed in the circumferential direction of a product by a core mold 3 having the same countour shape as the axial cross-sectional shape of the product and having only a part of the inside shape of the product in the circumferential direction and the outer mold surrounding the core mold and forming the outside shape of the product. On the other hand, either one of the core mold 3 and the outer mold is rotated while a molten resin is injected into the cavity 4 from the core mold 3 or the outer mold 1. The molten resin is continuously injected into the cavity 4 while the cavity 4 is formed between the rotating core mold 3 and the outer mold 1 and moved in the circumferential direction to continuously form a bellows like product in the circumferential direction. |
