PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous wiring at the time of connection work and to improve the efficiency of the connection work by providing an optical waveguide substrate provided with at least two star coupler circuits. CONSTITUTION:Two 1X8 star coupler circuits 10a, 10b are formed on the optical waveguide substrate 1 arranged in the same direction. That is, the station side end 11a of the star coupler circuit 10a and the station side end 11b of the star coupler 10b are arranged so as to be arranged side by side, and the eight subscriber side ends 12a of the star coupler circuit 10a and the eight subscriber side ends 12b of the star coupler circuit 10b are arranged so as to be arranged side by side. Further, since eight optical fiber ribbon are connected to the subscriber side ends 12a, 12b respectively, a space 12c by one piece of optical fiber is provided between the subscriber side ends 12a, 12b, and no optical fiber ribbon coats collide with each other. |
