PURPOSE:To provide an oscillation circuit which utilizes a detection signal obtained from a vibrator, which generates a driving signal to drive the vibrator and which can stabilize the detection signal. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation circuit contains two input terminals 32a, 32b which are connected to piezoelectric elements 3a, 3b for a vibrator 1. The input terminals 32a, 32b are connected to two input ends of an addition circuit 36 via buffer circuits 34a, 34b. The output end of the addition circuit 36 is connected to the inverting input end of an operational amplifier 44 as a comparator and to the input end of a control signal generation circuit 46. The output end of the operational amplifier 44 is connected to the collector of a transistor 62, and the output end of the control-signal generation circuit 46 is connected to the base of the transistor 62. The emitter of the transistor 62 is connected to an output terminal 80 via a phase shifter circuit 70. The output terminal 80 for the oscillation circuit 30 is connected to a piezoelectric element 3c for the vibrator 1. |
