摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To design a sliding guide mechanism for a caliper which prevents dragging of brake caused by oscillation of the caliper of a disc brake accompanied with vehicle oscillation. CONSTITUTION:In a sliding guide mechanism of a caliper C of a disc brake, a pair of bilateral sliding pins 14 are slidably fitted to pin support holes 11, and the caliper C is supported by a support bracket 10. The sliding pins 14 are fixed to one of the support bracket and the caliper C. The pin support hole 11, formed on the other selected from the bracket and the caliper is formed with a groove 12. A spring 13 is installed in the groove 12. The slide pin 14 is in press-contact with an inner surface on the opposite side of the pin support hole 11 by the spring 13.</p>
