PURPOSE:To integrally form layers having weather resistance and corrosion resistance on top and rear faces of a PC plate by placing and joining a urethane resin cement mortar, a cement mortar, and an epoxy resin cement mortar sequentially and integrally. CONSTITUTION:A urethane resin cement mortar is kneaded and placed into a formwork 1. After the urethane resin cement mortar is cured, a cement mortar which is separately kneaded is placed into the formwork 1, clamped with vibration, and defoamed, which is placed and joined on a surface layer 2 consisting of the urethane resin cement mortar so as to make an intermediate layer 3. An epoxy resin cement mortar is placed on the surface immediate after the clamping of the intermediate layer 3 at a thickness of, for example, about 3-5mm, which is again clamped with vibration so as to place and join a rear face layer 4 integrally. It is cured in room temperature for about 1-2 hours in that state and cured by steam at about 30-40 deg.C for about 4-6 hours. The hydration reaction of the cement and the setting reaction of the resin are made to proceed simultaneously so as to integrate layers 2, 3, and 4. |
