PURPOSE:To enhance the saving of energy and labor, and improve safety by keeping a vehicle tunnel ventilation effect device in optimum operating condition on the basis of predicted information from a simulator for vehicle tunnel ventilation, and current information from a measurement device for measuring information related to tunnel inside ventilation. CONSTITUTION:A tunnel inside ventilation condition is measured with a ventilation condition measurement device 110 via each of sensors 104 to 107. A necessary ventilation volume is calculated with a necessary ventilation volume measurement means 111 on the basis of measurement results. An optimum ventilation volume determination means 112 decides an optimum ventilation volume on the basis of a difference between a control volume target value and a current value. Then, an operating condition is changed with a ventilation effect device operation unit 113, according to the ventilation volume so decided. Also, data supplied to a memory device is processed in a tunnel ventilation condition data processing means 114, on the basis of information from a tunnel simulator 115, a current ventilation condition outputted from the device 110 and information from the means 111. Furthermore, a future ventilation volume calculation means 116 computes a future necessary ventilation volume, according to output data from the simulator 115. |
