PURPOSE:To provide a cleaning method of electronic parts that is able to clean electronic parts after the formation of an external electrode with certainly without using such a detergent as incurring environmental sisruption such as a Freon detergent or the like, and also to smooth any unevenness produced on a surface of the external electrode in time of baking conductive paste. CONSTITUTION:Each of electronic parts 1 formed with an external electrode by way of applying and baking conductive paste is charged in a vessel 3 together with a cleaning medium 2 containing inorganic powder of less than 1mm in grainsize and water and they all are stirred up.
