PURPOSE:To present relaxation effects by effectively correcting internal rythm and tuning brain waves corresponding to environments. CONSTITUTION:The brain guides brain waves W from a beta wave state during normal action to alpha relaxed wave state (introductive process), guides them to a state for canceling relaxation while continuing the alpha wave state (central process) and guides them from this alpha wave state to the beta wave state later (ending process) by applying periodical signals from the visual nerves to the auditory nerves based on a guidance program while utilizing frequency followup reaction so that the normal action can smoothly be performed.
