<p>PURPOSE:To shorten pull-in time for phase control to a reference signal and a control signal by resetting the frequency dividing operation of a control signal frequency dividing means by a reset signal. CONSTITUTION:By inputting a reset signal (g) of a reset means 207 to a control signal frequency dividing means 214, a frequency division control signal is acquired with an arbitrary phase to the reference signal. Namely, by inputting the reset signal (g) to the control signal frequency dividing means 214 so as to acquire the frequency division control signal so that the second digital value of an initial phase detecting means 206 can be a desired value when the phase control is pulled in, the second digital value of the initial phase detecting means 206 is made close to the desired value. Thus, the phase pull-in time can be shortened.</p> |
