PURPOSE: To extremely rapidly regulate a high control pressure in a pump chamber especially at a partial load region. CONSTITUTION: By a spool valve member 61 indirectly or directly regulating movement together with operation of a valve in the closed position of a controlled valve 52, a connection part 48 between the outflow throttle 47 and the pressure release chamber 44 of a second pressure control device 50 is closed. When the valve 52 to be controlled is released, the connection part 48 is opened. |
