PURPOSE:To obtain the optimum control gain of a motor so as to maintain the motor at a constant rotating speed by switching the control gain of the motor from a low set value immediately after starting the motor to the optimum set value for maintaining the fixed rotating speed when the learning of FG unevenness is completed. CONSTITUTION:In a control method for maintaining a motor 1 at a fixed rotating speed by using an FG, a learning means 5 which learns FG unevenness caused by the eccentricity, etc., of the motor 1, means which detects the completion of the learning, and means 8 which switches the control gain of the motor 1 are provided. The control gain is set at a lower value immediately after the motor 1 is started and, when the completion of FG unevenness learning is detected, the control gain is switched to an appropriate value. For example, a detecting means 7 for detecting completion of FG unevenness learning judges whether or not the learning is completed and a control gain switching means 8 switches a starting gain from a gain amplifier 9 to a stabilizing gain from another gain amplifier 10. |
