PURPOSE:To provide a switch changeover apparatus, with which a luminaire can be turned ON/OFF by remote-operation from a position in the distance to the luminaire and by a conventional switching operation of pulling a string near the luminaire, for a luminaire. CONSTITUTION:A miniature bulb 5 is once taken out and a cap part of a unit attachment body 7 is attached to the socket part of the miniature bulb. Then, the miniature bulb 5 is installed in the socket part of the unit attachment body 7. An electric power source to an electric string pulling apparatus main body 6 is put in an electric power source box 11 provided with a push button switch 12. A pulling string 3 attached to a changeover switch 2 of a luminaire 1 is shortened to a proper length and joined to one end of a driving shaft 8 of the apparatus main body 6. A pulling string 9 is also joined to the other end of the driving shaft 8. Remote operation is carried out by the push button switch 12 and string pulling operation near the luminaire is carried out by the pulling string 9. |
