<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color liquid crystal display device with improved brightness intended for a liquid crystal display element where picture elements are arrayed in a stripe form. CONSTITUTION:The microlens with pitch threefold that of a lenticular lens 5 performs the light condensing and the distributional irradiation of a luminous flux, and the microlens of a lenticular lens 6 performs the light condensing in the vertical direction. Namely, the respective lenses 5 and 6 perform different roles. Therefore, all the luminous fluxes contribute to display in a state where they are hardly cut.</p> |
