PURPOSE:To effectively prevent invasion of hot water to a hot water supply passage side with a low cost without necessity of a three-way switching valve, etc., no mixture of the air with a circulating passage for the bath temperature keeping function. CONSTITUTION:The separating valve device for supplying bath drop-in hot water comprises a hot water supply valve 91, a first hot water supply check valve 92 provided at a downstream side of the valve 91, a second hot water supply check valve 95 provided under the valve 92, an air charge chamber 93 connected from a side to a passage between the valves 92 and 95, and an solenoid-operated air charge valve 96 for switching the chamber 93. Further, the device comprises a vacuum breaker 99 provided in a hot water supply passage 51 as part of the valve device 90, and a controller 80 for detecting a position of a bathtub 20 by a bath water level sensor 44 of a circulating passage 30 for bath water temperature keeping function at an initial time of installing the bathtub 20 and deciding control to switch the valve 96 in response to the detected position of the bathtub 20. |
