The cap has an internal fixed sheath (1) with a tear-off band (2) and collars (3,5) interlocking with a rotating sheath (4). When the user turns the sheath in order to open it, lines with rupture links (6) are broken. The tear-off band will then no longer tear off the fixed sheath, which will be held on the bottle by the clips under the glass collar. The fixed sheath has male collars (3) mating with female collars (5) in the rotating sheath. The two sheaths are assembled so that a vertical pressure is exerted on the rotating sheath. The rotating sheath will break when the user turns it on the vertical rupture links (6) and the perimeter rupture link. In order to pull off the fixed sheath, held on the bottle by clips under the glass collar, the user must tear off the fixed sheath by means of the tear-off band.
