The holder is a parallelepiped which is open at the bottom and its top is closed by a lid (G). The upper toilet roll is held by two plates (3, 4) made of plastic material and curved inwards. The lower roll is held on an axle (F) which passes through two lateral slots (D). The height of each slot (C) is equal to the radius of two rolls and a space (8) between them which allows the lower roll to turn freely. The axle is held by studs projecting from one end and a ring at the other end.
