PURPOSE:To cut an outer fiber reinforced resin layer with a saw or the like so that the sawteeth or the like may not cause groove-like cuts soarce of water leakage to the outer periphery of an inner synthetic resin tube. CONSTITUTION:A fiber reinforced resin composite tube 1 is made by reinforcing an outer peripheral side of a synthetic resin tube 2 by means of a fiber reinforced resin layer 3. A strip body 4 made of metal or resin for preventing cut is formed along an axis of pipe on a boundary between the synthetic resin tube 2 and the fiber reinforced resin layer 3.
