PURPOSE:To easily adjust a coupling coefficient without depending on a machining, etc., and to manufacture a dielectric resonator device with various kinds of coupling coefficients by a kind of forming mold. CONSTITUTION:In the crossed part of a TM dual mode dielectric resonator 2 where a first dielectric resonator 4 and a second dielectric resonator 5 are integrated crosswise, a groove 6 for coupling is provided in a diagonal line shape on the front surface and the rear surface. The groove 6 for coupling can be adjusted by dividing a forming mold into a forming mold main body for molding the TM dual mode dielectric resonator 2 and an auxiliary forming mold for molding the groove 6 for coupling, incorporating the auxiliary forming mold into the forming mold main body so that the forming mold may be freely slid and sliding the auxiliary forming mold.
