PURPOSE: To provide a cathode-ray tube apparatus which is durable to high voltage and temperature fluctuation. CONSTITUTION: This cathode-ray tube comprises an input resonator cavity provided with a first metal wall 2 and a second metal wall 3 parted from the first metal wall 2 and the respective walls transmit low potential and compose joining ranges 6, 7 at positions parted from each other in the axial direction. Metal elements 10, 12 to transmit high potential to the joining ranges 6, 7 are positioned on the opposite to the surface parts 8, 9 and 14, 15 electrically connected with the metal walls 2, 3 through insulating dielectric bodies 11, 13 and the joining ranges 6, 7 are parted by parting dielectric bodies. The parting dielectric bodies are made of a material different form the material used for the insulating dielectric bodies 11, 13 and have a lower product of dielectric loss and dielectric constant; tgδ×ε; at high frequency than that of the insulating dielectric bodies, so that an apparatus having high durability to temperature fluctuation and stability against high voltage.
